Join queer yoga teacher and community leader Sarah Melody for a fun and inclusive Vinyasa Flow class. Sarah is known for her love of music and unique flows which she incorporates in her classes. Beginners always welcome.
Hosted at The Holding Space: $15 in advance, $20 cash at the door with proceeds going to Lake Country Pride
